THE BRANDING ROUNDTABLE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing access to the VIP Branding Roundtable ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. PROGRAM COMMITMENT

1.1 You are committing to the full 12-week Program duration.

1.2 The Program consists of six (6) fortnightly 90-minute sessions over a 12-week period.

1.3 Your commitment includes attendance at scheduled sessions, participation in accountability partnerships, and implementation of brand strategies between sessions.

2. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

2.1 All payments for the Program are non-refundable.

2.2 If you select the monthly payment option, you are committing to all three (3) monthly payments and the 12-week option is commitment to all twelve (12) payments regardless of your continued participation.

2.3 Your purchase reserves one of only 20 available spots, which cannot be resold or transferred once the Program begins.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 There is no cancellation option for this Program. Once you have purchased access, you are committed to the full 12-week Program.

3.2 If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, no refunds or credits will be provided.

3.3 Recordings of sessions may be made available at the sole discretion of the Program facilitator, but this is not guaranteed.

4. PROGRAM ACCESS

4.1 You will receive access to the online community platform (Circle) for the duration of the Program.

4.2 Access to the online community and any Program materials will expire 30 days after the final session.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 All materials, content, and advice provided during the Program are the intellectual property of Emmersyn and are for your use only.

5.2 You may not record, reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any Program content without explicit written permission.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants' business information that may be shared during Program sessions.

6.2 You understand that the Program facilitator may use anonymised examples or case studies from the Program for educational or promotional purposes.

6.3 By participating in the Program, you grant Emmersyn permission to share your wins and results anonymously as marketing material. If Emmersyn wishes to share your specific brand name, story, or results in marketing materials, specific permission will be requested separately.

7. RESULTS AND LIABILITY

7.1 Results from implementing Program strategies may vary. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

7.2 Emmersyn is not liable for any business decisions you make as a result of participating in the Program.

7.3 The Program provides strategic brand consultancy and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.

8. PROGRAM CHANGES

8.1 Emmersyn reserves the right to make changes to the Program schedule with reasonable notice.

8.2 In the event that the Program facilitator is unable to deliver a session due to illness or emergency, a makeup session will be scheduled.

9. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

9.1 You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all Program interactions.

9.2 Emmersyn reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

10. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

10.1 By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

10.2 These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Emmersyn regarding your participation in the Program.
